Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PE license or ability to obtain within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and design of roadway safety improvements, intersection upgrades, traffic operations enhancements, and multimodal transportation facilities.
• Prepare plans, specifications, quantities, cost estimates, and technical documentation.
• Apply AASHTO, state DOT, and local design standards to develop practical engineering solutions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients to identify opportunities that improve safety, accessibility, and mobility for all roadway users.
• Participate in quality reviews and support project delivery throughout all phases of design.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to Jacobs' culture of technical excellence and innovation.
