What you'll be challenged to do:
Gannett Fleming TranSystems’ Pittsburgh office has an immediate opening for a Transportation/Civil Engineer. This position is open to entry level engineers up through 4 years of experience. This position includes plan preparation, quantity calculation, geometric design, drainage design, MPT, specifications, cost estimates and other related tasks. Day to day assignments and technical guidance will be provided by Project Managers and Project Engineers. Candidates with a background in preliminary engineering or development of detailed plans and specification writing are preferred; and must possess strong technical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment on multi-disciplinary projects. Assignments may involve travel within the continental United States.
