Roy Jorgensen Associates, Inc. seeks a full-time Highway Electrician Helper to perform highway electrical maintenance and lighting repairs in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, based in Joshua, TX. The role requires operating bucket trucks, climbing stairs and ladders, and adhering to safety policies. The candidate should have highway lighting experience and a Journeyman Electrician license or be willing to obtain it within a year.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of highway lighting electrical experience.
• CDL-A or CDL-B license with air brakes endorsement.
• Journeyman Electrician License or willingness to obtain within 1 year.
• MOT certifications.
• Experience with installation/maintenance of highway lighting, including light poles and high mast poles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair roadway lighting and facilities.
• Install, maintain and repair wiring, circuits, relays, lighting and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot outages and perform routine electrical maintenance.
• Document hours worked and maintain logs.
• Work from bucket trucks and ladders; ensure safety compliance.
