Job summary

Roy Jorgensen Associates, Inc. is seeking a full-time Master Electrician to lead electrical technicians and oversee all electrical operations in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Based in Joshua, TX, the role involves installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and adherence to federal, state, and local regulations.

The candidate must hold a Texas Master Electrician license and CDL A or B, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage a team. Night and weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience with 480V and below 3-phase and single-phase power.
• Roadway lighting and traffic signals experience is a plus.
• Strong professionalism, work ethic, and integrity is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical technicians and manage all electrical operations.
• Perform electrical installation, troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and other services on roadway/facility lighting and electrical systems.
• Maintain roadway illumination and power; maintain interior and exterior electrical components.
• Follow procurement processes and report equipment failures to the electrical manager.
• Be on-call for emergencies day and night and work from bucket trucks as needed.
