FERGUSON is seeking a full-time Assistant Project Manager for its Highway Division. The ideal candidate will support Heavy Highway Project Managers on job sites and in the office, ensuring proper coordination, scheduling, and documentation of projects.

Responsibilities include managing project documentation, maintaining communication with stakeholders, and assisting in construction coordination. Candidates should have a college degree in Construction Management or relevant experience, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• College graduate with coursework in Construction Management preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or electrical field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage project documentation including RFIs and submittals.
• Maintain communication with general contractors and subcontractors.
• Track RFI and submittal logs and provide status updates.
