Job summary

HDR in Texas is seeking a Highway Design Coordinator to join a team of project engineers working on detailed urban and rural roadway designs. You will own alignment, profile, geometrics, drainage, and prepare plans and construction estimates.

In addition, you will assist with technical reports, specifications, and calculations and handle other duties as needed. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required, with an active employee-owned mindset preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar field.
• Active participant in employee-owned culture is a must.

Responsibilities

• Work on a team with other project engineers on detailed roadway design.
• Take responsibility for alignment, profile, geometrics, drainage, and development of plans and estimates.
• Assist with creation and submission of technical reports, specifications, and calculations.
• Perform other duties as needed.
