Texas Materials, a CRH Company, is seeking a Construction Manager-Beaumont, TX to lead highway construction projects with asphalt and concrete. You will oversee safety, budgets, schedule, and subcontractor coordination, reporting to senior management.

The role emphasizes leadership, budgeting, and client liaison across diverse teams. The ideal candidate has proven experience in highway construction, strong safety focus, and the ability to manage multiple crews and budgets while driving project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• Valid state driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Proven highway construction experience with asphalt or concrete.
• Willingness to travel and work nights/weekends as required.
• Ability to manage budgets and supervise crews.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working culture and minimize risk across projects.
• Serve as project manager for construction crews and set objectives.
• Coordinate with prime client and subcontractors to facilitate activities.
• Monitor schedule and budget; investigate issues and apply corrective actions.
• Recognize and negotiate change orders and maintain backlog.
• Assist in recruitment, training, and development of personnel.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, OSHA/MSHA regulations.
