The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in construction management, a valid driver's license, and proven experience leading crews on highway projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Experience leading highway construction projects.
• Ability to manage budgets and projects safely.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working culture and minimize risk.
• Serve as project manager for construction crews and set objectives.
• Coordinate with prime client and subcontractors to facilitate activities.
• Monitor project progress to ensure on-time delivery within budget.
