Job summary

Kinsley Construction Inc. is seeking a driven Project Manager for our Highway & Bridge team. The PM oversees the project from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating with the Project Superintendent and subcontractors, managing schedules and costs.

Preferred candidates hold an engineering or construction management degree and have highway or bridge project experience. Strong computer and communication skills, plus a willingness to learn, are valued.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Construction Management or related field required/preferred.
• Experience in project management and field construction preferred.
• Experience in highway and/or bridge construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret complex construction documents and drawings.
• Review and process contract documents and subcontracts.
• Assist with project scheduling and cost tracking.
• Prepare project close-out manuals and punch lists.
