Job summary

Encompass Early Educ & Care Inc seeks a Child Care Teacher to support children's physical, social-emotional, cognitive, and developmental growth using the HighScope framework. The role emphasizes safe supervision, respectful family partnerships, and collaborative teamwork in a licensed Wisconsin setting.

Responsibilities include observation, documentation, and intentional teaching to guide learning experiences, while adhering to confidentiality and agency policies.

Qualifications

• Must be registered with or eligible to register with Wisconsin Registry for ECE professionals.
• Lead Educators must meet DCF and NAEYC education requirements.
• Must obtain and maintain required certifications including Pediatric First Aid, CPR/AED, AHT prevention, mandated reporter training.
• Prior experience in an early childhood education setting is required.
• Experience with HighScope or Conscious Discipline is preferred.
• NAEYC-accredited program experience is preferred.

• Ensure compliance with DCF teacher-to-child ratio requirements.
