Job summary

Encompass Early Educ & Care Inc. seeks a dedicated Child Care Teacher to deliver high-quality early learning experiences in a Green Bay classroom.

Qualifications

• Must be registered with or eligible for The Registry, Wisconsin's ECE recognition system.
• Lead Educators must meet DCF/NAEYC education requirements.
• Must obtain pediatric first aid, CPR/AED, Abusive Head Trauma prevention and related trainings.
• Prior experience in an early childhood education setting is required.
• Experience with HighScope or Conscious Discipline is preferred.
• Experience in a NAEYC-accredited program is preferred.

• Ensure classroom practices align with HighScope, COR Advantage, DCF, NAEYC, and YoungStar requirements.
