Production Saw & Machine in Michigan is growing and seeks a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join the Long Run Team. We deliver precision and quality with attention to customer needs in automotive, military, and industrial sectors.

We are a family-owned operation focused on trust, respect, and helping teammates grow. Responsibilities include loading raw stock, monitoring tool life, changing tooling, performing quality checks, meeting production targets, maintaining machines, and documenting data.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of CNC operator experience.
• Ability to manage one or more CNC machines.
• Commitment to exceeding customer expectations in quality, efficiency, and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines: load stock, monitor tool life, change tooling, set offsets, package parts.
• Perform regular quality checks to ensure standards.
• Meet or exceed efficiency and production rate requirements.
• Maintain machine integrity through routine maintenance and housekeeping.
• Collect and document production data.

Position: CNC Machine Operator – Long Run Team

We're looking for an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join our team and help us deliver precision and quality.

What You'll Do

• Operate CNC machines: load raw stock, monitor tool life, change tooling, make offsets, and package products.
• Perform regular quality checks to ensure standards.
• Meet or exceed efficiency and production rate requirements.
• Maintain machine integrity through maintenance and housekeeping.
• Collect and document production data.
