High-End Insurance Sales Agency Looking for Top-Tier Salespeople

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managed sales professionals who don't require hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents desperate to make money.
• Agents who cannot afford their own leads.
• Agents needing guidance at every step.
• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-$70/month).
• Uncoachable agents with a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and connect effectively.

Our company partners with top lead vendors and high-end carriers offering high-ticket products such as indexed universal life (IUL), infinite banking concept (IBC), and fixed indexed annuities (FIA).

We do not sell traditional life insurance products like final expense or mortgage protection. Our business is conducted entirely virtually via phone and Zoom.

Our agents typically spend $1,000-$1,500 weekly on leads, generating $7,000-$15,000 in premiums.
