High End Insurance Sales Agency looking for top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and don't need hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need to make money urgently and are desperate.
• Agents who can't buy their own leads to make sales.
• Agents who need hand-holding every step of the way.
• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-50-70/month).
• Agents who are not coachable and have a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent agents who speak well and communicate effectively.
• Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month.
• Agents who are self-motivated and ready to follow a proven system.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers offering high-ticket IULs, IBC, and FIA products.

We are not your traditional life insurance company selling low-premium products like final expense or mortgage protection.

All our business is conducted virtually via phone or Zoom.

Our agents typically spend $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating $7,000 to $15,000 in premiums.

We do not operate lead assistance programs.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.

We are looking to expand our team with more high-end agents.
