High End Insurance Sales Agency Opportunity

We are a high-end insurance sales agency seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and capable of working independently without hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need to make money out of desperation
• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads to generate sales
• Agents who require constant guidance and hand-holding
• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-50-70/month)
• Individuals who are not coachable or possess a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively engage clients
• Agents comfortable discussing high-premium policies; our average client pays over $250/month
• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system without additional motivation

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We do not sell traditional life insurance products like final expense or mortgage protection, nor do we operate with lead assist programs. All our sales are conducted virtually via phone or Zoom.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium sales.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are looking to expand our team with more talented agents.
