High-End Insurance Sales Agency Opportunity

We are seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated and self-managing, capable of working independently without supervision.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need to make money urgently or are desperate
• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads
• Agents who require hand-holding at every step
• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-70/month)
• Agents who are not coachable or have a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively present our offerings
• Agents comfortable with high premiums, averaging over $250/month with proper skills
• Self-motivated agents ready to follow our proven system

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products like Indexed Universal Life (IUL), Infinite Banking Concept (IBC), and Fixed Indexed Annuities (FIA).

We do not sell traditional life insurance products such as final expense or mortgage protection. All our sales are conducted virtually via phone or Zoom across the US.

Typically, our agents invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.

We do not participate in lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.
