High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Tier Salespeople

We are a high-end insurance sales agency seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel without constant oversight.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents desperate to make money, needing immediate income
• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads
• Agents who require hand-holding at every step
• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-70/month)
• Uncoachable individuals with a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively connect with clients
• Agents comfortable discussing high premiums, with clients paying over $250/month on average
• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers, focusing on high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We do not sell traditional life insurance products like final expense or mortgage protection, nor do we operate through lead assist programs. All our business is conducted virtually via phone or Zoom.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating premiums between $7,000 and $15,000.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. Our goal is to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
