We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel without hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents desperate to make money
• Agents unable to purchase their own leads
• Agents requiring constant guidance
• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-70/month)
• Uncoachable agents with large egos

Who We ARE Looking For:

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and top-tier insurance carriers, specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL, IBC, and FIA. We do not sell traditional life insurance or low-premium policies.

All our business is conducted virtually via phone or Zoom. Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.

We do not participate in lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
