High End Insurance Sales Agency Hiring Top-Tier Salespeople

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who thrive without hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need urgent income and are desperate
• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads
• Agents who require hand-holding at every step
• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-50-70/month)
• Uncoachable agents with a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively convey information
• Agents comfortable with high premium policies (average client pays over $250/month)
• Agents who are self-motivated and ready to follow a proven system

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA products. We do not sell traditional life insurance or low-premium policies. All our business is conducted virtually via phone or Zoom. Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating $7,000 to $15,000 in premium.
