High End Insurance Sales Agency Hiring Top-Tier Salespeople

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who thrive without hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need to make money urgently and are desperate
• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads
• Agents who require constant guidance and hand-holding
• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-50-70/month)
• Uncoachable individuals with a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and effectively
• Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month
• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system

Our company partners with top lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA products. We operate exclusively through virtual meetings (telephone and Zoom), focusing on high-value policies.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating premiums between $7,000 and $15,000. We do not participate in lead assist programs, but we offer high starting contracts, proven training, and trusted lead sources.
