High End Insurance Sales Agency Seeking Top-Tier Salespeople

We are looking for self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who do not need hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need to make money urgently and are desperate
• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads
• Agents who require constant guidance and hand-holding
• Cheap agents selling policies under $100/month
• Uncoachable individuals with a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively convey information
• Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month
• Self-motivated individuals ready to follow a proven system

Our company partners with premium lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL, IBC, and FIA. We do not sell traditional life insurance or low-premium policies.

All our business is conducted virtually via telephone or Zoom. Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.

We do not participate in lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are expanding our team and invite motivated agents to join us.
