High-End Insurance Sales Agency is seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and independent.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who are desperate to make money
• Agents who cannot afford their own leads
• Agents who need hand-holding at every step
• Cheap agents selling low premium policies ($30-50-70/month)
• Uncoachable individuals with a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and effectively
• Agents comfortable with high premiums (average over $250/month)
• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers offering high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA products. We do not sell traditional life insurance or low-premium policies. All our business is conducted virtually via phone or Zoom. Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly in leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.

We do not participate in lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. Our goal is to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
