High End Insurance Sales Agency looking for top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and don't need hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need to make money desperately
• Agents who can't buy their own leads to make sales
• Agents who need hand-holding every step of the way
• Cheap agents selling low-premium policies ($30-70/month)
• Uncoachable individuals with a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent agents who speak well and communicate effectively
• Agents comfortable showing high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month
• Agents ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers offering high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA products.

We are not a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection.

All our business is conducted virtually via phone or Zoom, with agents spending $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads to generate $7,000 to $15,000 in premiums.

We do not participate in lead assist programs, but offer high starting contracts, proven training, and trusted lead sources.
