Job summary

Pikes Peak State College in Colorado Springs is seeking a Third Party Specialist to support the Student Accounts office. This professional role handles high school sponsor billing, invoices, and payments, ensuring compliance with college and state rules.

Responsibilities include posting sponsor payments, assisting sponsors and students with third party requirements, year-end tasks, and coordinating with CCCS Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution.
• Experience in billing and invoicing.
• Experience in reconciling and balancing payments/receipts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to read, write, and speak fluent Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact and resource for high school billing in Student Accounts.
• Provide accurate, timely invoices, and other documentation or information to high school sponsors.
• Facilitate posting of high school sponsor payments.
• Answer all sponsor and student questions pertinent to high school third party requirements and billing procedures.
• Set up high school program and third party accounts.
• Link third party vouchers to student accounts.
• Analyze and review delinquent accounts; reconcile vendor accounts.
• Assist Director of Student Accounts and Controller as needed.
• Work in conjunction with CCCS Finance to ensure all reconciling items are resolved in a timely manner.
