Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for faculty and staff positions, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and communication with candidates.
• Provide training for Hiring Manager users on NeoEd workflows and best practices across campus locations.
• Coordinate with Compensation to ensure complete, accurate job descriptions for market and equity review prior to posting.
• Develop job postings, screening criteria, interview questions, and hiring timelines with hiring managers.
• Represent SLCC at job fairs and community partnerships to expand the candidate pipeline.
