Job summary

West Georgia Technical College is seeking an Institutional Research Analyst to collect, analyze, and report institutional data to support decision-making and strategic planning. You will work with leadership to translate findings into actionable insights that advance student success and program effectiveness.

Responsibilities include developing dashboards, performing environmental scans, supporting accreditation and grants reporting, and collaborating with academic programs to contextualize data

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and three years of related experience, or substitution per policy.
• Experience with Excel, Tableau, Power BI, SPSS, R, Python, or other analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze and report institutional data to inform decisions.
• Build and maintain data visualizations and dashboards.
• Support accreditation, grants, IPEDS, and reporting requirements.
• Contribute to strategic planning and evaluation with leadership.
• Translate data findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
