Job summary

You will partner with department leaders and the Divisional Finance Director to monitor budgets, analyze trends, and plan for the future while supporting teaching, research, and student success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 3–4 years of related experience.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret and reconcile complex data.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Ability to explain financial information to varied audiences and collaborate effectively.
  • Experience with financial systems, reporting tools, spreadsheets, and large datasets.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with department leaders to develop budgets and long‑range financial plans.
  • Analyze financial data and prepare reports, forecasts, and budget projections.
  • Monitor financial activity and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Provide timely financial information and guidance for operational decisions.
  • Collaborate with the Divisional Finance Director to improve financial processes.
