Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3-4 years' experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or related business functions.
• Experience in higher education or similarly complex, regulated financial environments preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Familiarity with ConnectCarolina, InfoPorte, Tableau, Power BI, Hyperion, or similar systems.
• Ability to collaborate with department leaders and university offices.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and monitor financial activity across fund sources and departments.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and fiscal year-end closeout processes.
• Prepare detailed financial analyses and reports to guide operational and strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with department leaders, accountants, Contracts & Grants Coordinators, and University offices.
