Job summary

Nashville State Community College, part of the Tennessee Board of Regents system, seeks a Systems Analyst II to support administrative enterprise systems such as Ellucian Banner and the upcoming Oracle Fusion transition. You will handle configuration management, end-user support, analytics, ad-hoc reporting, and drive projects that improve mission-critical systems.

As the technical lead for designated areas, you will liaise with vendors, test new features, and assist in planning upgrades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, MIS, Business Administration or similar.
• Two years' experience supporting an ERP or SIS in higher education with relational database knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage application configurations and support Ellucian Banner, Oracle Fusion, and third-party systems.
• Build reports, dashboards, and analytics to improve efficiency and data access.
• Coordinate testing for patches and upgrades; communicate progress to stakeholders.
