Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Three (3) or more years of related work experience.
• Knowledge of University, Board of Regents, and other standards governing higher education institutions and requirements.
• Ability to monitor regulatory developments and risk trends related to assigned program areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administration, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of compliance and risk management programs.
• Coordinate, develop, maintain, and deliver compliance-related training materials and awareness initiatives.
• Maintain compliance records, reports, files, and policy resources in accordance with procedures.
• Collect, review, and support compliance data, reporting activities, metrics, and program tracking.
• Provide guidance and support to faculty, staff, students, and program participants on compliance processes and systems.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assist with program updates and policy implications.
• Coordinate site visits, reviews, and follow-up efforts to improve processes and resources.
• Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives related to compliance and risk management.
