Job summary

MSG Entertainment Corp. in Las Vegas is seeking a Specialist, Talent Acquisition to lead high-volume venue hiring and to plan and execute hiring events for hourly and salaried roles.

You will partner with hiring managers and People Practices to drive full lifecycle recruitment, sourcing strategies, and a seamless candidate experience. The role requires 3+ years in recruiting, strong project management, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in high-volume environments.
• Experience recruiting for hourly and salaried roles; venue, hospitality, entertainment preferred.
• Strong project management and prioritization skills, with multiple requisitions and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across all levels of the organization.
• Strong focus on candidate experience and service quality.
• Experience with ATS and HR tech; Greenhouse and Oracle HCM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life cycle recruitment for high-volume venue hiring, including hourly and salaried roles.
• Plan and execute hiring events, including candidate outreach, logistics, onsite coordination, and follow-up.
• Develop sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and recruit talent aligned with business needs.
• Conduct candidate screens and interviews, assessing qualifications, interest, compensation, and fit.
• Provide guidance and coaching to hiring managers throughout the process.
• Coordinate recruitment records, applicant tracking, and communications across candidates.
