Job summary

Seventy Six Tropicana in Las Vegas is seeking a Tavern Line Cook to support a fast-paced kitchen team. You will assist the Executive Chef and teammates, preparing meats, fish and vegetables with attention to quality and safety.

The role requires 1–2 years of kitchen experience in a high-volume setting and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and proper food handling throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years cook experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Must be able to obtain all necessary work cards, demonstrate sound judgment and great attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support Executive Chef, Assistant Executive Chef and Room Chef in daily kitchen operations.
• Prepare and cook meats, fish, eggs, vegetables, and other station items as directed.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
• Keep kitchen area and equipment in good working order.
