Qualifications

• 2+ years of service advisor experience in a dealership environment.
• Dealership service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume RO workload with accuracy and professionalism.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests through the service process.
• Translate repair findings into clear guest communications and obtain authorizations.
• Build precise estimates and realistic timelines; follow through on commitments.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep workflows on schedule.
• Identify additional service opportunities that protect safety and vehicle performance.
• Maintain accurate DMS records and uphold compliance.
