Job summary

The role requires 3 years of high-volume full-service experience, a high school diploma or GED, and flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Liquor, beer, and wine knowledge is a must, with reliable transportation and strong guest-service focus.

Qualifications

• 3 years of continuous high-volume full-service restaurant experience.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of one year of related experience and/or training.
• Candidates must be available to work flexible hours including mornings, afternoons, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service in a high-volume atmosphere.
• Present themselves professionally and anticipate guests' needs.
• Familiarize with the menu and specials to make recommendations and answer questions.
• Work with teammates to ensure guests' needs are met promptly.
• Remain positive and friendly when responding to complaints or issues.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and ensure areas are stocked.
• Check guest IDs for legal drinking guidelines.
