Job summary

Holywater NOLA is seeking a Server to join a fast-paced, experience-focused front-of-house team in New Orleans. You will guide guests through the menu with confident recommendations and maintain a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

As a key member of our service team, you will take accurate orders, coordinate with kitchen and bar staff, and ensure guests leave with a memorable dining experience. Flexible scheduling includes days, nights, weekends.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Walk, stand, and bend for extended periods.
• Lift 30+ lbs. when needed.
• Work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Be of legal age to serve alcohol.
• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Polished appearance per company policy.
• Willingness to work in outdoor climate conditions.
• Comply with health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Accurately take guests' orders and input into POS system.
• Maintain sanitation and health standards; observe proper handling.
• Communicate guest needs with FOH/BOH and management.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol laws and company policies.
• Provide friendly, gracious, attentive service to guests.
• Keep uniform neat and groomed; report to work as scheduled.
• Serve tables as directed and coordinate with staff for timely service.
• Assist in timely food and beverage delivery and guest experience.
