Job summary

Holywater NOLA is seeking a Bartender with elevated, high-volume restaurant experience. You will be the front-line ambassador, crafting beverages and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

You must be friendly, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting; Sunday availability required. Base wage is $2.13/hour plus tips, with opportunities for strong industry-leading tips in New Orleans.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and guest service skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Must have Sunday availability.
• Accurately take guests' orders and input into POS system while maintaining records.
• Follow sanitation and health standards in food and beverage service.
• Adhere to safety plans and training materials.
• Craft and serve beverages according to recipes/guidelines.
• Communicate guest needs with FOH/BOH and management.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol ordinances and policies.
• Know menu items to answer guest questions confidently.
• Handle unsatisfied guests professionally and escalate when needed.
• Provide friendly, attentive service to create memorable experiences.
• Report to work neatly in uniform and maintain grooming standards.
• Set up and break down station; clean after service.
• Stock beverage items according to menu and par levels.
