Job summary

AllIn Hospitality Group in Winchester, VA is seeking friendly servers to join our restaurant group. You will provide extraordinary guest service, educate guests on menus, and help maintain flow during high-volume periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years current serving experience in a high-volume restaurant/bar.
• Must have or be willing to obtain TIPS certification.
• Positive, welcoming attitude with strong communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service during all volume styles of business.
• Being a 'menu expert' and educate guests on bar and food menus.
• Assist with maintaining clean, well-stocked areas during service, including pre-bussing.
• Contribute to prep and stocking while monitoring waste and product management.
