National Funding in Orlando, FL is seeking an entry-level Sales Development Representative to be the first point of contact for loan applicants. You will handle 200–300 calls daily using an automated dialer, qualify prospects, and collect documents for the credit team.

Responsibilities

• Outbound calling, texting, and emailing high-volume loan applicants.

• Maintain clear records of conversations in the database.
• Follow scripts while promoting products professionally and in compliance with regulations.
• Stay knowledgeable about products and industry trends through training.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer PII and company records.
