• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards.
• Develop and implement restaurant goals in partnership with corporate leadership.
• Lead a team of Department Managers, setting their individual goals and monitoring progress.
• Hire, develop, and mentor Department and Shift Managers.
• Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency.
