Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of restaurant leadership experience in full-service, high-volume environments.
• Commitment to quality, consistency, and hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, inventory, and team development.
• ServSafe Certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the General manager in overseeing all daily restaurant operations.
• Lead by example in delivering genuine hospitality and maintaining Paco's Taco's guest-first culture.
• Supervise and motivate hourly team members to meet service and quality standards.
• Assist in staffing needs including interviewing, onboarding, training and scheduling.
• Help manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relations.
• Monitor and enforce health, sanitation, and safety standards in accordance with county regulations.
• Resolve guest concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Contribute to achieving financial goals through labor control, food cost awareness, and operational efficiency.
