Job summary

Shake Shack is seeking a seasoned Restaurant General Manager in New York to lead daily operations, guide a talented team, and ensure exceptional hospitality and safety standards. You will oversee budgeting, payroll, scheduling, and inventory while driving sales and local brand presence.

With at least 3 years of GM experience in fast-paced hospitality, you will champion guest experience, maintain high quality standards, and mentor staff to achieve excellence in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Restaurant General Management experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security.
• Demonstrated ability to champion hospitality and motivate team members.
