Qualifications

• Experience as a General Manager in a high-volume restaurant.
• Background in quick service, hospitality or retail.
• Must be 18 years or older to manage in corporate-owned restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant and meet McDonald’s customer standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Lead a team of Department and Shift Managers; coach and direct to improve departments.
• Hire and develop staff to ensure a strong future leadership pipeline.
