The McDonald’s restaurant operated by a local franchisee in Boardman, Ohio, is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and uphold McDonald’s customer standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness.

Qualifications

• General Manager experience in high-volume restaurant.
• Background in quick service, hospitality or retail desired.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.

• Set goals with leaders, monitor progress, and coach to improve departments.
• Ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
