Job summary

Evolution Gaming is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our US Recruitment Team and help scale our talent strategy in Atlantic City, NJ. The chosen candidate will work under the Recruitment Manager, US, in sourcing, finding and hiring top talent for our growing business.

You will lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, collaborate with Operations and HR, drive innovative talent attraction, and ensure timely follow-ups across pipelines.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using social media for recruitment and business development.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proven multitasking and pipeline ownership across active roles.

Responsibilities

• Be fully involved in the recruitment lifecycle by sourcing talent via a variety of communication methods and platforms we use.
• Collaborate with Operations and HR to surface patterns in candidate drop-off and early attrition to support long-term retention goals.
• Take full ownership of assigned requisitions from sourcing through offer stage.
• Setting up and attending recruitment meetings and interviews.
• Maintain consistent and timely follow-up with all active candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Meet daily outreach, screening, and pipeline activity targets as defined by the Recruitment Manager.
• Proactively identify pipeline bottlenecks and adapt approach independently.
• Update internal systems to ensure accuracy in recruitment data.
• Advertise available positions via predefined mediums.
• Liaise with external agencies and partners and collaborative initiatives.
• Drive innovative talent attraction and selection strategies to support hiring goals.
• Demonstrate accountability and commitment to responsibilities during and outside of standard hours.
• Champion the 'Human Element' within Evolution.
