Job summary

Fountain Inn Chamber of Commerce seeks an experienced Production Manager to lead high-volume manufacturing operations at a SC facility within the power electronics sector. You will ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery while guiding a team on lean initiatives and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include KPI tracking, cross-functional collaboration with engineering and supply chain, and capacity planning to meet demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of production management experience in high-volume manufacturing.
• Experience in power electronics or related industry preferred.
• Lean manufacturing methodologies (Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma) practiced.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production floor operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Implement lean manufacturing initiatives to drive continuous improvement and waste reduction.
• Develop, monitor, and report KPIs for manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain to optimize processes.
