Job summary

Cayuga Medical Center is seeking a Production Cook to support patient meals and dining services in a large-volume production setting. Working under the Executive Chef, you will prepare hot and cold items, ensure quality and safety, and maintain compliance documentation.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 2 years of experience in high-volume food service; an Associate degree or culinary training is preferred. Onsite with days/evenings shifts and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of food service experience in large-volume or batch cooking environments.
• Demonstrated knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and large-scale production techniques.

Responsibilities
