Responsibilities

• Operates high-volume offset printing presses following standards and priorities.
• Operates bindery equipment, paper drills, corner rounding, foil stamping, and embossing devices; maintain equipment.
• Operates mailing equipment and records data for billing; performs preventative maintenance.
• Uses MIS to track inventories, supplies, and production resources to meet deadlines.
• Operates shredbers for secure disposal of Senate documents.
• Organizes incoming constituent mail for scanning to digital formats.
