Responsibilities

• Handle litigation files through progression toward settlement or trial.
• Explain the process to clients and manage expectations.
• Draft all documents including motions, pleadings, discovery.
• Guide clients through the entire case lifecycle.
• Attend and conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, etc.
