Job summary

SpaceX in Redmond, WA seeks a high-volume Recruiter to support Starlink manufacturing. You will own full lifecycle recruiting—sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding—for mission critical roles, collaborating with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.

The role requires initiative, strong communication, and the ability to manage a demanding onsite workload. Compensation includes a tiered base range ($95k–$115k or $115k–$140k) plus benefits and stock options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years recruiting experience, or an Associate with 2 years, or 3+ years recruiter experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience in high-volume recruiting, ideally in manufacturing.
• Experience recruiting for skilled trades (technicians, electricians, facilities).

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent for mission critical positions.
• Build pipelines of passive talent and partner with clients.
• Develop sourcing strategies and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Collaborate in teams and take initiative to complete tasks.
