Qualifications

• Recruitment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs full life cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing roles.
• Recruits active and passive candidates using job boards and sourcing tools.
• Coordinates interviews and guides hiring managers through the process.
• Screens candidates via phone interviews and provides vetted slate.
• Manages candidate pipelines and ATS records.
• Supports onsite and virtual job fairs and recruiting activities.
• Maintains reporting and identifies improvements to recruitment processes.
